From custom lighting to beautiful details, we’ll capture your unique style in an inspiring presentation. Budget management, to-do lists, and monthly progress reports will keep you organized. We’ll curate a customized timeline, source and negotiate with vendors, and provide an online portal for seamless communication. On the big day, relax and celebrate! We’ll handle everything from décor setup to flawless execution with a dedicated planner, two assistants, and oversight of all vendors. We’ll manage the bridal party, guests, and even post-wedding cleanup.

DESIGN & DECOR
Our meticulously crafted wedding design package will transform your vision into a reality. We begin by getting to know you and your partner to understand your dream wedding, preferences, and budget. We’ll then collaborate to define your theme, color story, and design elements. This includes spatial design for the ceremony and reception, as well as the selection of food, beverages, confections, and stunning floral arrangements. Our expertise extends to tablescape design, incorporating linens, centerpieces, tableware, and other elements to create a cohesive and beautiful tablescape.
We don’t stop at the venue. To tie everything together, we’ll curate and manage rental selections, design a custom lighting plan.

EVENT MANAGMENT
Take the stress out of your final six weeks. We’ll handle everything from unlimited communication and a personalized to-do list, to reviewing your vendor contracts and confirming all wedding details. We’ll even meet with you in person to discuss logistics, create a seamless timeline, and assist with your seating chart and wedding etiquette. For even more ease, you can upgrade to our online planning portal. We’ll handle final vendor confirmations, timelines, venue walkthroughs, bridal party instructions, and 8 hours of on-site coordination with an assistant. We’ll manage all your vendors, ensure a smooth ceremony setup, and even take care of post-wedding cleanup.
